LOWVILLE- On Thursday, August 22, 2024, Lewis County Highway Superintendent and soon to be County Manager, Timothy Hunt, joined North Country News and addressed a theory that has emerged regarding Lowville Hospital being a contributing factor amidst the recent flooding this summer.

In his on-air segment, Mr. Hunt strikes down the theory and explains the issues that have come to light from a historically soaking wet summer.
