Signed into law by U.S. President Donald Trump earlier this month, the act has drummed quite quite a controversy for when it comes to healthcare.

Though the lens of local healthcare, Mr. Cayer agreed to join North Country News and sort out facts from noise and shine light on the things that may or may not come to full fruition within time.
