Oneida County man accused of disobeying court order in Poland, Troopers say

POLAND- A man from Oneida County is accused of disobeying a court order following complaints of a domestic incident this week towards the Kuyahoora Valley, authorities say.

Raymond F. Erb, 46, of Utica, NY was arrested Tuesday evening by the New York State Police (Herkimer). He is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from an alleged town of Poland domestic dispute – reported to police Monday afternoon.

At press time, police said Erb was released on his own recognizance.
