Oneida County man charged with criminal trespass: NYSP

MARCY- A man from Oneida County is faced with a trespass charge, following complaints from this week near the Mohawk Valley, authorities say.

Kenneth C. Tillson, 43, of Holland Patent, NY was arrested Thursday evening by the New York State Police (Marcy). He is officially charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the third-degree (enclosed property).

According to Troopers, the arrest stems from trespass complaints filed in the town of Marcy.

At press time, police said Tillson was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
