Oneida County resident accused of aggravated unlicensed operation following complaint in Town of Webb

WEBB- A resident from Oneida County is accused of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the Western Adirondacks, authorities say.

Matthew P. Kilgore, 35, of Taberg, NY was formally charged by the Town of Webb Police on Tuesday for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Chief of Police Ron Johnston, this arrest stems from a trespass complaint along State Route 28.

Investigation reportedly unveiled Kilgore's license status. While patrols were actively working the call for service, Kilgore reportedly showed to the scene in a vehicle.

Kilgore was issued with an appearance ticket, which is returnable to Webb Town Court at a later date.

Police did not describe the nature of the trespass complaint as of this report.
