Oneida County resident charged with resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration in town of Lee

LEE- A local resident in Oneida County is faced with a pair of accusations.

During the evening hours on Thursday, the New York State Police (Lee) arrested and charged Elizabeth J. Higby, 42, of Lee Center, NY for one misdemeanor count each of resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed Thursday evening in the town of Lee.

At press time, police said that Higby was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
