Oneida County resident charged with unlicensed operation in Remsen: NYSP

REMSEN- Authorities say a Mohawk Valley area resident is faced with DMV related charges in Oneida County.

Daniel L Barnes, 37, of Rome, NY was arrested Tuesday evening by the New York State Police (Remsen) for one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and failure to deliver license and/or registration.

According to Troopers, these charges were issued in the town of Remsen.

At press time, police said that Barnes was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
