State Police charge North Country resident with criminal contempt in Jefferson County

WILNA- A North Country area resident is accused of disobeying a court order in Jefferson County.

According to the New York State Police (Alex Bay), Cole A. Davidson, 24, of Natural Bridge, NY was arrested and charged on Tuesday afternoon with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

Troopers say this charge was filed in the wake of a reported domestic incident in the town of Wilna.

At press time, Davidson’s arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.

There were no further details provided.
