Oswego County Man Facing a Criminal Impersonation Charge in Lewis County
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 32 year old Hannibal, NY was arrested on Friday in the Town of Lowville following an investigation into a reported fraud that occurred in November of 2025 in the Town of Watson. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Dylon R. Brand with one count of Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree-Other Person, a Class A misdemeanor. Brand was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Watson Court at a later date.
