Texas Man Charged with D.W.I. in the Village of Carthage

VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 37 year old El Paso, Texas man is facing a D.W.I. charge following a vehicle stop in the Village of Carthage. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Justin Carl Gould with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor, Gould was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of Carthage Court.
