Otsego County resident arrested for aggravated DWI in Remsen, Troopers say

REMSEN- A resident from Otsego County is accused of aggravated intoxicated driving in Oneida County, according to authorities.

Homer E. Kiehn, 66, of Richfield Springs, NY was arrested late Monday by the New York State Police (Remsen). Kiehn is officially charged with one count each of aggravated DWI, DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC).

Troopers say these charges all stem from reports of a traffic stop shortly before 10:30 p.m. in the town of Remsen.

At press time, police said Kiehn was issued with an appearance ticket.
