OTTER LAKE FD: Non-life threatening injuries reported after SUV rolls onto its roof

ONEIDA COUNTY- Non-life threatening injuries were the result of a single vehicle roll-over accident that occurred over the weekend in the very northeastern part of the county.

Otter Lake Fire Department was dispatched shortly before 6:00 p.m. Saturday to the Moose River Road for reports of an SUV that had rolled onto its rooftop.

Upon arrival and initial investigation, all vehicle occupants had managed to safely vacate themselves, emergency officials confirmed.

With that said, one passenger did suffer from non-life threatening injuries and was transported by Old Forge Ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation.

Members from Old Forge Ambulance, NYSP and Howard’s Towing all assisted.

There were no further details released.
