WEBB- An out of state juvenile is accused of possessing stolen property, following numerous burglary complaints from last summer in the Western Adirondacks, investigators say.

The Town of Webb Police Department did not provide a name, gender or a hometown address for the 13-year-old suspect, who was officially charged with criminally possessing stolen property in the fifth-degree on December 19.

With the cooperation of the teenager’s parents, Chief of Police Ron Johnston says his department managed to identify the juvenile and bring them back to the area for processing.

It’s reported the teenage suspect is responsible for a string of burglaries and criminal mischief complaints from several camps in the Eagle Bay Park area during the month of August, 2023.

The juvenile was ordered to Herkimer County Probation.

There were no further details provided.
