Personal injury accident in town of Ohio results in unlicensed operation charge against Herkimer County resident

OHIO- A personal injury accident from last summer in Herkimer County has resulted in a charge being filed against a local resident.

Bryant Russel Alfred Barrows, 29, of Cold Brook, NY was arrested Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Poland) for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

Troopers said they responded to a personal injury back on the evening of August 17 in the town of Ohio.

Specifics were not detailed by the State Police; however, they did say one person was injured in the incident.

At press time, authorities said that Barrows was issued with an appearance ticket.
