TROOPERS: Boonville area resident arrested for alleged intoxicated driving

BOONVILLE- A local resident is accused of intoxicated driving in Northern Oneida County.

During the late evening hours on Sunday, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Michael Scott Smaldon, 19, of Boonville, NY for one count of DWI (first offense).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made shortly before 9:30 p.m. Sunday in the village of Boonville, NY.

At press time, authorities said that Smaldon was released to a third party.
