Personal injury crash in Oneida County results in local DWI arrest: TROOPERS

MARCY- A personal injury motor vehicle crash has resulted in a DWI arrest in Oneida County, authorities are reporting.

David John Jr. Siriano, 47, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Monday evening by the New York State Police (Marcy). Siriano is formally charged with one count of intoxicated driving (commercial motor vehicle – first offense).

According to Troopers, emergency services were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle crash shortly after 6:30 p.m. Monday evening.

It reportedly occurred on State Route 291 in the town of Marcy. Authorities did confirm that there was one injury, but specifics were not included with the initial reports.

At press time, police said that Siriano was issued with an appearance ticket.
