Poland resident arrested for felony DWI in town of Ohio

OHIO- A local resident is accused of felony intoxicated driving in Herkimer County, according to authorities.

Glen D. Cookinham, 31, of Poland, NY was arrested Tuesday morning by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Cookinham is officially charged with one felony count of driving while intoxicated (w/a previous conviction within 10-years).

According to Troopers, the charge stems from an incident in the town of Ohio, which was initially reported December 23.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending, with evidence. Cookinham was issued with an appearance ticket.
