POLICE: Lowville resident faced with child endangerment and reckless driving charges

LOWVILLE- A local resident is accused of various charges following a child endangerment complaint from earlier this month, authorities say.

Cinda A. Bush, 54, of Lowville, NY was arrested and charged by the Village Police Department with three misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, along with one misdemeanor count each of reckless endangerment in the second-degree and reckless driving.

According to Chief of Police Daryl R. Ortlieb, this arrest stems from complaints filed in the village on May 7.

At press time, police said that Bush was released with appearance tickets, which are returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.

There were no further details provided to report.
