Port Leyden man Accused of Criminal Contempt
TOWN OF LEYDEN-A 35 year old Port Leyden man if facing a Criminal Contempt charge following an alleged domestic dispute that reportedly occurred early Sunday morning in the Town of Leyden. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Justin E. Branagan with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degee-Disobeying a Court Order; a Class A misdemeanor. Branagan’s arrest status was not released and the incident was pending investigation as of press time.
