Port Leyden Man Charged with Unlicensed Operation in the Village of Lowville
VILLAGE OF LOWVILLE-A 39 year old Port Leyden man is facing an Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Charge following a Saturday afternoon vehicle stop in the Village of Lowville. Troopers from the Lowville Barracks charged Justin E. Branagan with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Baragan was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Village of Lowville Court.
