Broome County Man Facing a D.W.I. Charge in the Village of Constableville

VILLAGE OF CONSTABLEVILLE-A 50 year old Windsor, NY man is facing a D.W.I. charge following a traffic stop in the Village of Constableville. Troopers from the Lowville Barracks charged Vincent Plescia with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Plescia was released to a third party and the incident is pending investigation.
