Port Leyden Resident Accused of Unlicensed Operation
TOWN OF LYONSDALE-A 20 year old Port Leyden resident was charged on Friday following a welfare check that occurred last month in the Town of Lyonsdale. New York State Police from the Lowville barracks charged Brendan Ryan Hand with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Hand was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Lyonsdale Court.
