Petit larceny charge filed against North Country resident in West Carthage

WEST CARTHAGE- A North Country resident is accused of theft in Jefferson County.

On Thursday afternoon, the New York State Police (Carthage arrested and charged Lindsey M. Mashaw, 36, of Carthage, NY with one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.

Troopers said the arrest was made in the wake of a larceny complaint in West Carthage, NY.

At press time, police said an investigation was pending, while Mashaw was released on an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
