Port Leyden Woman Accused of Felony Unlicensed Operation and License Suspension Violations in Remsen

TOWN OF REMSEN-A 33 year old Port Leyden woman was arrested on unlicensed operation and license suspension revocation charges following a Saturday afternoon vehicle stop in the Town of Remsen. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Tessa A. Tucker with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of Motor Vehicle in the 1^st degree a Class E felony and Failure to Return license, registration or/or plates after Revocation under Article 7; a Class U misdemeanor.  Tucker was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Remsen Court at a later date.
