Remsen Man Accused of Felony Unlicensed Operation and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Town of Trenton

TOWN OF TRENTON-A 57 year old Remsen man was arrested for felony unlicensed operation and possession of a controlled substance on Saturday night in the Town of Trenton. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Bradley J. Walter with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1^st Degree, a Class E felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Walter was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Trenton Court at a later date.
