Prospect Man Arrested for D.W.I. and Felony Unlicensed Operation
TOWN OF TRENTON-A 36 year old Prospect man is facing Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and D.W.I. charges following a vehicle stop in the Town of Trenton Friday afternoon. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Richard J. Farda with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 1st Degree-Alcohol, a Class E Felony; Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with No Prior, both Class U misdemeanors. Farda was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Trenton Court at a later date.
