Here is a break-down of the primary election ballots for residents within Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis & Oneida Counties:
Herkimer County (Town of Ohio and Town of Webb).
Jefferson County.
Lewis County (Town of Martinsburg & Town of Turin).

Registered voters in Lewis County may vote early at the Board of Elections Office (7513 East State Street, Lowville, NY) between 9:00 and 5:00 p.m. Monday, June 16, Wednesday, June 18 and Friday – Sunday, June 20 – 22; also Tuesday and Thursday, June 17 and 19 from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.
In Oneida County, registered voters can vote at any of three polling locations (MVCC Alumni College Center 116 – 1101 Sherman Drive, Utica, NY; New Hartford Town Hall – 8635 Clinton Street, New Hartford, NY; and South Rome Senior Center – 112 Ridge Street, Rome, NY) between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday (June 16, 18 & 20); between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday (June 17 and 19) and between 9:00 and 5:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday (June 21 & 22).
Residents in Herkimer County may vote early at 109 Mary Street in Herkimer, NY from 9:00 a.mn. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 16, 19, 20, 21 & 22); and 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday (June 17 & 18).
Finally, folks in Jefferson County may vote early at the County Office Building (175 Arsenal Street, Watertown, NY) between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. Monday and Wednesday (June 16 and 18); and between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (June 17, 19, 20, 21 & 22).
