LOWVILLE & OLD FORGE- Gas prices are still on the higher side, but thankfully not like they were compared to last-year now.

Those looking to save some money at the pump are reminded that Lewis County Public Transportation offers their summer bus route to Old Forge and back as far as Harrisville, NY.

There is room for strollers, walkers, wheel chairs and more, as long as it is folded down and kept towards the back of the bus.

One of the main benefits for this service is the fact that it is only $1 each-way.
