Remsen Man Accused of D.W.I. following a one car M.V.A. in the Town of Russia
TOWN OF RUSSIA-A 39 year old Remsen man was arrested for D.W.I. early Sunday morning following a one car motor vehicle accident on Grant Road in the Town of Russia . New York State Police from the West Winfield Barracks charged Eric J. Erb, the driver of the vehicle with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a motor vehicle with .08 of 1% Alcohol or more in Blood-1st Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Erb was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Russia Court at a later date.
