Glenfield Man Accused of Aggravated D.W.I. following one-car M.V.A. in the Town of Watson

TOWN OF WATSON-A 64 year old Glenfield man was arrested for aggravated D.W.I. following a one car motor vehicle accident that occurred late Saturday night on Pine Grove Road in the Town of Watson. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Larry V. Mellnitz with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I.: Per Se with a Blood Alcohol Count of .18 of 1% or more of Alcohol in Blood-No Priors: Both Class U misdemeanors. Mellnitz was released to a third party and will answer the charges in the Town of Watson Court at a later date.
