Remsen Man Accused of D.W.I. in the Town of Western

TOWN OF WESTERN-A 28 year old Remsen man is facing a D.W.I. charge following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Western. New York State Police from the Lee Barracks charged Kyle J. Gargas with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. His arrest status was listed as “held” as of press time and no further details were provided.
