Remsen Man Facing Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Charge
TOWN OF TRENTON-A 27 year old Remsen man is accused of driving with a suspended license. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks arrested Jeffery Douglas Jr. Wagner in the Town of Trenton on Saturday evening and charged him with one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree with three or more Open Suspensions/three or more Separate Dates: a Class U misdemeanor. Wagner was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Trenton Court.
