Town of Greig Woman Accused of D.W.I. following a Motor Vehicle Accident in the Town of Lyonsdale

TOWN OF LYONSDALE-A 55 year old Town of Greig woman is facing D.W.I. charges following a one car property damage accident that occurred early Saturday morning in the Town of Lyonsdale. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Brenda I. Alfano with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-1^st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 Percent Alcohol or More in Blood-1^st Offense. Alfano was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of Lyonsdale Court at a later date.
