Remsen Man Facing Criminal Contempt Charge in the Town of Forestport
TOWN OF FORESTPORT-A 35 year old Remsen man is accused of disobeying a court order in the Town of Forestport on Friday, New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Ryan Henry with one count of Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree-Disobeying Court Order, a Class A misdemeanor. Henry’s arrest status was not listed and the incident was pending investigation as of Saturday morning.
