Remsen resident faced with unlicensed operation charges in Steuben, Troopers say

STEUBEN- A local resident from Oneida County is accused of unlicensed operation charges.

On Tuesday morning, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Mathew Daniel Franchell, 24, of Remsen, NY with one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and failing to deliver license and/or registration.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed Tuesday morning in the town of Steuben.

At press time, authorities said that Franchell was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
