Remsen resident involved in Mohawk Valley traffic stop that resulted in various charges, Troopers say

LITTLE FALLS- A local resident is faced with a list of charges, including possessing a controlled substance, following reports of a traffic stop Sunday afternoon in the Mohawk Valley.

Theodore F. Netcoh, 57, of Remsen, NY was arrested Sunday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer). Netcoh is formally charged with one count each of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs (first-degree); aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

In addition, Troopers also charged Christine B. Munio, 37, of Herkimer, NY with two misdemeanor counts of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

According to officials, these charges were all filed in the town of Little Falls.

At press time, State Police said Netcoh was issued with an appearance ticket, while Munio’s arrest status was listed as held.
