Remsen Woman Accused of Aggravated D.W.I. in the Town of Trenton

TOWN OF TRENTON-A 39 year old Remsen woman is facing a Felony Aggravated D.W.I. charge following an early Monday morning vehicle stop on Route 365 in the Town of Trenton. State Troopers from the Remsen Barracks charged Stephanie Lynne Leddy with one count each of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated Per Se with .18 of 1 Percent or more Alcohol in Blood with a prior conviction within 10 years; a Class E felony and Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor. Leddy was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Trenton Court at a later date.
