Remsen Woman and Utica Man Accused of Criminal Possession in the City of Utica

CITY OF UTICA-Two people were arrested on controlled substance charges Saturday evening following a vehicle stop in the City of Utica. New York State Police from the Herkimer Barracks  charged 52 year old Tyron E. Davis of Utica with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th Degree, Class A misdemeanors and one count of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3^rd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Debra Richardson, age 61 from Remsen was also arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Davis was released with appearance tickets, Richardson’s arrest status was listed as T.O.T. another agency. No additional details were released.
