New York Assemblyman Robert Smullen (R, C – Mohawk Valley and the Adirondacks) has confirmed his re-election bid for 2024.

“There is still great legislative work to be done in Albany to help rebuild and strengthen our communities statewide,” he said in a statement Wednesday afternoon.

“Giving a voice to those in need is a top priority of mine, and being able to serve those most vulnerable is an honor I have never taken for granted. I dedicated 24 years of my life in the Marines to protecting the inalienable rights and freedoms of families across the country as your Assemblyman; I will work tirelessly to improve the quality of life for hard-working families across the state.”

If elected to a fourth term, Smullen plans to continue efforts to help lower taxes, lessen regulations to help our struggling businesses and economy, and protect the constitutional rights and liberties of New York families.

Assemblyman Robert Smullen represents the 118th Assembly District, which includes Hamilton County and parts of Fulton, Herkimer, Montgomery and Oneida counties.
