LEWIS COUNTY, NY – Riverfest, an annual Black River adventure for kayakers and canoers, will be back on July 30th! Hosted by the Lewis County Chamber of Commerce & Adirondacks Tug Hill for over a decade and now co-hosted by the Carthage Chamber of Commerce. RiverFest will be held on the 10.3-mile route from Castorland to Carthage with the midpoint being the new Deer River boat launch. Whether you’re a newcomer or someone who joins us each year – don’t miss out on this year's camaraderie and adventure!
While on the water, be ready for a trivia contest by Lewis County Soil & Water! There will be snacks available at the midpoint to recharge attendees, and post-event specials at Zero Dock Street Restaurant & Bar. RiverFest fun is more than a day this year!
