Rome Man Arrested For Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and DWI with Child Passenger in Town of Greig

TOWN OF GREIG-A 27 year old Rome Man was arrested Friday evening for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and Aggravated D.W.I. while having a child in the vehicle. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Timothy J. Larsen with one count each of Aggravated Operation in the 1^st Degree-Committing Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2^nd/Alcohol or Drug and Aggravated D.W.I. with a Child Passenger Less than 16--First Offense, both Class E felonies. Larsen was also charged with one count each Driving While Intoxicated-1^st Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1Percent Alcohol Or More in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Larsen was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Greig Court at a later date.
