Rome Resident Charged with Felony Count of Identity Theft in Town of Lyonsdale from 2021 Incident

TOWN OF LYONSDALE-A 21 year old Rome man was jailed on Friday following an investigation into an identity theft incident in the Town of Lyonsdale that was reported in February of 2021. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Chad M. Andrews with one count of Identity Theft in the First Degree-Cause Loss, a Class D felony. His status was listed as held and the incident was pending as of press time.
