Turin Man Arrested for Violating an Order of Protection

CONSTABLEVILLE-A 50 year old Turin man was arrested on Friday for allegedly violating a Refrain From Order of Protection in the Village of Constableville. Lewis County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Simeon L. Kent and charged him with one count of Criminal Contempt in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Kent was transported to the Public Safety Building where he was released on his own recognizance. He will answer the charge in the Town of West Turin Court at a later date. Deputies were assisted by the Lewis County Probation Department.
