Rome resident suspected of DWI in Lewis County, Troopers say

WEST TURIN- Authorities have announced a DWI arrest that was made over the weekend in Lewis County.

Frank Alfred Carino, 36, of Rome, NY was arrested late Saturday night by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one count each of DWI (first-offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made shortly after 10:30 p.m. Saturday in the town of West Turin.

At press time, officials said that Carino was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
