FOR NORTHERN HERKIMER COUNTY-...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and/or snowmelt and/or ice jam continues to be possible. * WHERE...In eastern New York, Hamilton, Montgomery, Fulton, Herkimer, northern Saratoga, Warren, Washington Counties and in southern Vermont, Bennington and Windham Counties. * WHEN...Through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Periods of rain are expected to produce 1 to 1.5 inches of rainfall this evening into Monday.
