Copenhagen Resident Accused of Driving While Intoxicated in the Town of Denmark

TOWN OF DENMARK-A 50 year old Copenhagen resident was arrested for D.W.I. early Sunday morning following a vehicle stop in the Town of Denmark. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Tara L. Phillips with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 percent Alcohol or More in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Phillips was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Denmark Court at a later date.
