ONEIDA COUNTY- No one was injured in Wednesday morning’s blaze in Northern Oneida County, authorities say.

It was shortly after 6:00 a.m. when Boonville Fire Department was called out to a structure fire at 2915 Millers Woods Road (*CORRECTION TO THE ADDRESS; IT WAS MISTAKEN AS 2950).

Chief Dave Pritchard Jr. tells us a shed, approximately 10x20-feet, went up in smoke and was subsequently destroyed. No injuries were reported.

Although an official cause of the fire has yet to be determined, emergency responders said they are suspecting a heat lamp as a likely source.

No other fire departments were called to the scene for mutual aid.
