WEST TURIN- A North Country area resident is faced with various charges after allegedly posting intimate images of of a former partner to social media.

Last Tuesday, the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office said that David C. Brach, 52, of Boonville, NY with arrested and charged with one misdemeanor count each of unlawful publication an intimate image, stalking in the fourth-degree and obscenity in the third-degree.

According to investigators, Brach is accused of posting intimate images of a former partner on social media.

The victim obtained a stay away order of protection through Lewis County Family Court.

Meanwhile, Brach was issued with appearance tickets, which are returnable to West Turin Town Court at a later date.

No further details were available from local authorities.
