Southern Lewis County area resident charged for alleged unlicensed operation in Lyons Falls

LYONS FALLS- A resident from Southern Lewis County is accused of unlicensed operation.

During the afternoon hours on Sunday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Sarah J. Smith, 39, of Lyons Falls, NY with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest was made in the village of Lyons Falls.

At press time, police said that Smith was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
