Southern Lewis County resident arrested, charged on vehicle related charges in Martinsburg: TROOPERS

MARTINSBURG- A local resident is accused of vehicle related charges in Lewis County.

On Thursday morning, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Matthew C. Widman, 36, of Constableville, NY with one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree and the use of a leased/rented and or loaned vehicle not equipped with an interlock device.

According to Troopers, these charges were all filed in the town of Martinsburg.

At press time, police said that Widman was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
